1. Digital Strategy

• Develop and build strategy in line with the company strategy

• Prepare a detailed implementation plan for the strategy

• Supervise the implementation to ensure the success or attainment of milestones

• Create mechanism within the department to collaborate within and outside to support the unit

• Build trusted ‘Digital’ advisory relationships with C-suite and below stakeholders, to enable the sale and delivery of our Digital Transformation products and services

2. Digital Transformation

• Lead the digital transformation of the core business. Transform customer experience to a digital experience

• Build new digital product ecosystem to provide end to end product and solutions for the customers need

• To shape and sell complex digital and technology-based transformation programs that deliver business value

• To lead consulting teams and work with clients through the sales and execution phases of complex Digital Transformation programs, working in collaboration other parts of the organization and 3rd parties, as necessary

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy, in conjunction with global practice, and aligning with core business, new products & Services deployments, and User Experience

• Translate CX and Digital trends and concepts into relevant value propositions and go-to-market strategies

3. Digital Channels

• Lead and manage the existing Digital Channels

• Implement all the digital channel optimization projects

• Create coordination between product development, user experience and Digital channels for a smooth functioning of the department

• Responsible for the sales, marketing and customer care through Digital Channels

• Create mechanism to feedback data and information to the Product team and User Experience team for day to day optimization of the channels

• Develop maintain and operate the content on the digital channels in respect to sales, Marketing and customer experience

• Work along with the product and user experience team for the content development

4. Product

• Develop, implement and manage a full Digital Value proposition portfolio across all digital channels

• Identify and develop innovative digital products and services

• Define digital specific price plans and solutions in coordination with Consumer Marketing

• Develop portfolio and roadmap for consumer ICT value propositions

• Develop detailed implementation plan and business cases

• Develop go-to-market strategy and a clear fit with current service / product portfolio

• Develop and manage digital partner eco-system

• Conduct market analysis and scout for new opportunities

5. User experience / User Interface

• Implement and update User Interface requirements

• Interact with Digitization Taskforce, Customer Experience Taskforce, Omni Channel and Customer Insights teams to understand UI/UX requirements for digital channels

• Implement UI/UX requirements on day-to-day operational basis

• Develop and define UI/UX update process

• Coordinate with Digitization Taskforce to identify new tools, processes, resource requirements etc.

6. Budget Management

• Lead the development of the annual department budget and strategic plan in collaboration with other agency leaders

• Develop business case justification with relevant agency leads as needed to present to CFO/finance

7. People management

• Motivate Senior Management and empower direct reports by providing the necessary tools and support required to support Division goals

• Plan, manage, and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, development and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary

• Establish clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Division

• Build opportunities for Division members to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Provide guidance and ensure that the Division complies with company's policies, processes, practices and systems
